Why Exhibit at VERTICON
600+
exhibitors filling the Anaheim Convention Center show floor
#1
world’s largest conference and trade show for the international vertical aviation industry
75+ yrs
of VAI advocacy, education, and safety leadership behind the show
3
career development events: Mil2Civ Workshop, Industry Career Fair, HeliSuccess Seminars
VERTICON goes well beyond a product floor. The VAI Safety Zone (next to the VERTICON Connect stage) draws attendees for safety tools, a VR rescue hoist simulator, and live presentations, and the career events bring in pilots, maintainers, and recruiters. That variety of foot traffic is why well-designed booths, demo stations, and meeting areas pay off here.

| Booth Type | Configuration | Maximum Height |
| Linear Booth | Standard 10×10 or multiples, in any configuration | 8 ft |
| Perimeter Booth | Standard 10×10 or multiples along a venue perimeter wall | 12 ft |
| Island Booth | 20×20 with four open sides | 20 ft |
Hanging signs are never allowed over linear booths or static booths. Only rotor blades may extend into aisles, and they must sit more than 7 ft off the ground and reach no more than 5 ft into the aisle. All display material and demonstrations must stay inside your purchased space.
Standard Display vs. Static Display Booths
| Feature | Standard Display | Static Display |
| Sizes | 10×10, 10×20, 20×20 and multiples | 20×40 units in designated static zones |
| Best For | Product demos, branding, meetings, strong foot traffic | Aircraft, vehicles, oversized equipment |
| Customization | Utilities and furnishings can be ordered; full custom builds possible | Minimal built-in infrastructure and fewer build-out options |
| Complimentary Badges | 4 staff + 4 guest per 10×10 (20×20 = 16 + 16) | 2 staff + 2 guest per 20×40 |
What’s Included in a Standard 10×10 Booth
- Pipe and drape in Blue Jay: back drape plus side rails with drape
- 11 in. x 17 in. booth ID sign with company name
- Sticker on the aisle carpet with your booth number
Most exhibitors upgrade well beyond this baseline, since a draped 10×10 looks the same as every other in-line space on the floor.

Frequently Asked Questions: VERTICON 2027 Exhibit Booths
When is VERTICON 2027 in Anaheim?
VERTICON 2027 takes place March 15–18, 2027, at the Anaheim Convention Center, with the exhibit hall open March 16–18.
Is VERTICON the same as HAI HELI-EXPO?
Yes. VERTICON is the new name for HAI HELI-EXPO and is produced by Vertical Aviation International (VAI).
How are booths assigned at VERTICON?
VERTICON uses an anchor and lottery system. VAI members are placed first in each lottery stage, followed by non-members. You can list up to 10 booth preferences, but a booth is only confirmed by the official Booth Assignment email.
What are the booth height limits?
Linear booths (10×10 or multiples) are limited to 8 ft, perimeter booths to 12 ft, and 20×20 island booths to 20 ft. Hanging signs are not allowed over linear or static booths.
Can I build a two-story booth at VERTICON?
Yes, but Anaheim Fire & Rescue must approve it. You need a stamped drawing from a California licensed structural or civil engineer plus a rendering of the whole booth, and the second floor cannot be occupied or used for storage without approval.
What is the difference between a standard and a static display?
Standard displays (10×10, 10×20, 20×20) suit demos, branding, and meetings and can be customized. Static displays (20×40) are for aircraft, vehicles, and oversized equipment and offer minimal infrastructure and fewer build-out options.
How many exhibitor badges do I get?
Each 10×10 booth includes 4 staff and 4 guest badges, a 20×20 includes 16 and 16, and a 20×40 static display includes 2 and 2, capped at 60 complimentary badges per category. Extra badges can be purchased at a discount.
Can my booth builder work on the show floor?
Yes, as an exhibitor-appointed contractor, but VAI Show Management and GES must first receive the proper paperwork and proof of insurance. Interior Today LLC handles this as part of a full-service build.
What is the exhibitor cancellation policy?
Cancel before November 20, 2026 and VAI retains 25% of the space cost; between November 21 and December 18, 2026 it retains 50%; from December 19, 2026 onward there is no refund.
Can I take my booth down early on the last day?
No. Exhibits cannot be dismantled before 4:00 PM local time on the final day, and early teardown can bring a fine and loss of eligibility for future VERTICON lottery drawings.
How far in advance should I hire a booth builder for VERTICON 2027?
For a custom island or two-story exhibit, plan on 5–7 months before the show to leave time for design approval, engineering, fire-certified materials, and fabrication. Rental and 10×10 upgrades can be arranged closer to the date.
How do I get a quote for a custom exhibit booth for this show?
Contact Interior Today LLC with your booth size, booth type (standard or static), and design goals, and our team will provide a concept and quote for your VERTICON 2027 stand.
