Everything You Need to Know Before You Exhibit – OTO EXPO 2026
If you are in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry and planning to exhibit at OTO EXPO 2026, this guide is for you. Whether you are a first-time exhibitor or returning for another year, understanding the event layout, booth options, schedule, and stand-building process can make a huge difference in your results on the show floor.
At Interior Today LLC, we have been helping companies build powerful, professional exhibit booths for years. We have worked with exhibitors across dozens of medical and healthcare trade shows, and OTO EXPO is one of the most exciting events on the calendar. Here is everything you need to know about OTO EXPO 2026 — and how we can help you show up with a booth that truly stands out.
What Is OTO EXPO 2026?
OTO EXPO is the official exhibition hosted alongside the AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting, one of the most respected gatherings in the field of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. The 2026 edition will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC), located at 1201 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
This is not just an exhibit hall. OTO EXPO features interactive programming, hands-on training areas, and direct access to more than 5,000 physicians, clinicians, and administrators attending from across the country and around the world. The event brings together over 250 companies under one roof, all competing for the attention of some of the most qualified medical buyers and decision-makers in the industry.
If your company sells to ENT specialists, head and neck surgeons, or their supporting staff, there is no better place to be in October 2026.
Who Should Exhibit at OTO EXPO 2026?
OTO EXPO is open to a wide range of companies in the healthcare and medical space. Eligible exhibitors include:
- Device manufacturers
- EMR systems and health technology companies
- Pharmaceutical companies
- Surgical equipment and instrument suppliers
- Medical disposable equipment providers
- Telemedicine companies
- Financial management and private practice business solutions
- OTC product companies
- Waiting room solution providers
- Groups with similar missions and goals related to otolaryngology
If your products or services are used by ENT practices, hospitals, or surgical centers, this is the event where your buyers are gathering.

Innovation Park — For Startups and Emerging Companies
OTO EXPO 2026 also features a dedicated Innovation Park, a special showcase area designed for emerging companies and startups bringing cutting-edge solutions to otolaryngology and head and neck surgery.
Innovation Park spaces are priced at $2,000 each and include a premium 8 ft. x 6.5 ft. kiosk with a waist-high counter, storage, a display screen, laptop, and power connections. Companies are responsible for their own graphics and branding materials.
Applications are reviewed and selected by the CEO and Executive Committee of the Board, so the competition is real. If you are an emerging brand looking to get noticed, Innovation Park is an incredible opportunity — and the right booth design can make your kiosk look far more polished and professional than the company next to you.

Why Your Booth Design Matters More Than You Think
With over 250 companies exhibiting at OTO EXPO 2026, the competition for attendee attention is intense. Physicians and clinicians walking the show floor are busy people. They are evaluating dozens of companies in a short period of time, and first impressions happen in seconds.
A well-designed exhibit booth does several things at once. It communicates your brand clearly from a distance. It invites people in rather than pushing them away. It creates a professional environment that builds confidence in your products and services. And it gives your team a functional space to have real conversations and close deals.
This is where Interior Today LLC comes in.
How Interior Today LLC Can Help You at OTO EXPO 2026
We are a full-service exhibit booth design and build company. We work with exhibitors from the initial concept all the way through installation on the show floor — and we handle teardown too, so you can focus on your business.
Here is what we bring to every project:
Custom Booth Design: We do not offer cookie-cutter solutions. Every booth we design starts with a conversation about your brand, your goals, and your audience. Whether you need a clean and simple 10 x 10 linear booth or a bold multi-story island display, we design it from scratch to match your vision.
Material and Fabrication Quality: We use high-quality materials that look impressive in person and hold up through shipping, installation, and teardown. Your booth will look the same on day three as it did on day one.
Turnkey Installation: Our team handles the full installation at the Los Angeles Convention Center. We know the LACC layout, we understand IAEE display guidelines, and we make sure everything is in place before the show opens.
Graphics and Branding Support: We help design and produce all your booth graphics, ensuring everything meets Show Management deadlines — well before the August 14 cutoff to avoid any rush fees.
Private Suite and Kiosk Buildouts: If you are going with a Private Meeting Suite or an Innovation Park kiosk, we can help you make the most of that space with furniture, branding, and design that reflects your company’s professionalism.
