Booth Cleaning Is 100% Exclusive to SDCC

Only SDCC employees can clean your booth — vacuuming, porter service, carpet spotting, shampooing, and disposal. EACs, GSCs, decorators, and booth personnel are strictly prohibited. Advance online orders 14 days before move-in unlock discounted rates; otherwise, you’ll pay onsite walk-up pricing. Interior Today LLC manages this pre-order process for every client.

AV & Rigging Run Exclusively Through ON Site

ON Site Audio Visual is SDCC’s exclusive provider of production rigging and in-house sound. If your booth design includes hanging signage, structural rigging, lighting design, or video walls, it must be coordinated through ON Site. We design with this in mind from day one and handle the coordination directly.

Internet & Connectivity Run Exclusively Through Smart City

Smart City Networks is SDCC’s exclusive technology provider for internet, phone, and event WiFi, offering speeds up to 400 Gbps over single-mode fiber. No Incoming Package Receiving at the On-Site FedEx

The FedEx Office location in Lobby D only handles outgoing shipments — it does not accept or store incoming packages. This means your booth materials, graphics, and equipment need to be shipped through an advance warehouse or your general service contractor. Interior Today LLC coordinates this freight logistics process so nothing is left at the wrong dock on move-in day.

Carpet & Floor Protection Requirements

SDCC delivers a broom-clean exhibit floor and expects it returned in the same condition. Any carpeted area used for commercial exhibits or substantial displays requires additional protective carpet layered over the venue’s own carpet. We build this requirement into every exhibit plan to avoid damage charges.
